The short answer
What can Sell Easy Europe do for a UK online store?
Sell Easy Europe is a team of seven Shopify and Google Ads specialists in Romania, working remotely for merchants who sell in the UK. We build Shopify stores from £810 excluding VAT, set up UK payments, carriers and Google Shopping, and can add EU markets later with Shopify Markets. You approve the design before the build, and we work with you on WhatsApp and email, in English.

Who runs Sell Easy
I’m Andrei Alexandru. You deal with me directly.
I run Sell Easy and lead our team of 7 specialists in design, development, Google Ads and content. I review every plan personally before it goes out, and I stay your point of contact for the whole project — on WhatsApp, by email or on a call, with no call centre in between.
A registered company in Ploiești, Romania (EU), VAT number RO44749026.
A written contract, public prices, and every account stays in your name.
At most 5 new projects a month, so each one gets proper attention.
Which payment and delivery options will your UK customers see?
Names they recognise, set up properly. We connect each payment gateway, keep the checkout free of needless steps and place test orders before launch.
Pay now or spread the cost
Shopify Payments takes cards, with Apple Pay and PayPal alongside. Klarna and Clearpay let a shopper split a bigger basket into instalments. The provider accounts are opened in your company's name; we connect and test them.
Parcels and the books
Delivery rates for Royal Mail, Evri or DPD are set by weight, service and destination, and sales can flow into Xero or QuickBooks, so nobody retypes orders.

From the UK to the EU
Can a UK Shopify store sell to customers in the EU?
Yes, without a second store. Shopify Markets lets one store show each EU country its own currency, language and delivery rates. A parcel from the UK to the EU crosses a customs border, so we also set how duties and import taxes are presented at checkout. The tax treatment is your accountant's call; we configure the store to match.
Euro prices, local language
Euro prices with tidy rounding and pages in the languages you choose, while UK visitors keep pounds.
Delivery zones and duties
EU delivery rates with your carrier, and a tested setup for duties and import taxes, agreed with your accountant first.
Ads per country
A Merchant Center feed for each target country, with euro prices and ads in the shopper's language, so a campaign in Germany does not run on UK copy.
Where should a UK store start with Google Shopping?
With the feed, before the ads. Shopping ads are built from what Merchant Center receives, so the feed needs GBP prices, UK delivery costs and titles in the words British shoppers type: trainers, not sneakers. The budget is then split by what each product earns and judged on orders and ROAS in your own account. We suggest starting with £500–£850 a month, paid straight to Google.

Performance Max regrouped by margin and demand
We rebuilt the campaign into groups by margin and demand, then moved budget towards the products that actually bring profit.

A product bought on its own could not cover its delivery cost. The ads moved to bundles and sets, where one parcel carries several products.

London agency or a team in the EU?
Why can a team in Romania cost less than a London agency?
Because of where the running costs sit. Our salaries and overheads are paid in Romania, not central London, and our prices are set on that basis. The toolkit is the same: Shopify, Merchant Center, Google Ads, GA4. We don't quote other agencies' fees; read their written scope next to ours, item by item.
What stays the same
English throughout, a design you sign off before the build, test orders before launch, and a store, domain and customer data that are yours from day one. See our privacy policy.
What is different
No UK office and no face-to-face meetings. Briefs and approvals travel by WhatsApp and email, leaving a written record of every decision.
Two hours ahead, not a world away
Romania runs two hours ahead of UK time all year, so by the time your working day starts, ours has already begun.

Working remotely
How does a project run from Romania, step by step?
WhatsApp is the main line: write when it suits you, send screenshots or voice notes, and keep decisions in one thread. Email carries the proposal and invoices.

Ecommerce SEO
Ecommerce SEO: traffic that doesn’t stop when the budget does
Ads can bring orders from day one and stop the day you pause them. SEO takes months and then brings visits with no cost per click. We run both with the same team, and we always start with whatever is holding the store back.
Technical first: indexing, duplicate pages created by filters, redirects, speed on a phone.
Then the pages that sell: collections and product pages rewritten for buying searches.
Then content: guides and questions that pick up the long searches people actually convert on.
Measurement: Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, because Bing feeds the answers in Copilot.
Shopify has its own traps: overlapping collections, fixed URL structures, themes that slow everything down. Ecommerce SEO starts at £260 per month. The first review of your store is free; a detailed technical audit is separate, paid work. We work in English, and we don’t promise rankings — Google decides those.

How much does a Shopify store cost for a UK business?
A Shopify store starts from £810 and a large store from £3,000, excluding VAT, paid in two equal instalments: 50% at the start and 50% on completion. Google Ads management is £220–£430 a month, on top of the ad spend you pay Google. The pound amounts are a guide, because we invoice in euros.

Prices exclude VAT. UK companies are invoiced without Romanian VAT; your accountant confirms how you account for it. Your Shopify plan is paid separately to Shopify (current plans on shopify.com). Store builds are paid 50% when the project starts and 50% on completion, as in our terms and conditions.
No. Sell Easy Europe is the brand of a company based in Ploiești, Romania, and UK projects are run remotely, in English, on WhatsApp and email.
How much does a Shopify store cost with you?
From £810 excluding VAT for up to 100 products, and from £3,000 for a large store with 100+ products, full SEO and integrations. A premium theme adds £230; a fully custom design is quoted separately. The Shopify subscription is paid separately, directly to Shopify.
Will you charge VAT to my UK company?
UK companies are invoiced without Romanian VAT. We don't give tax advice, so how you record the service in your own accounts is best confirmed with your accountant.
How and when do I pay for a store build?
In two equal instalments: 50% when the project starts and 50% on completion, as set out in our terms and conditions. Invoices are in EUR, so the sterling amount depends on the exchange rate on the day you pay.
Can you add Klarna and Clearpay to my checkout?
Yes, alongside Shopify Payments, Apple Pay and PayPal, with test orders before launch. The provider accounts are opened in your company's name.
Can I sell to EU customers from a UK Shopify store?
Yes. With Shopify Markets we add EU markets to the same store: euro prices, languages, delivery rates and how duties and import taxes are shown. Your accountant confirms the tax side.
How much should I spend on Google Ads in the UK?
We suggest starting with £500–£850 a month in ad spend, paid directly to Google. Our management fee is £220–£430 a month, and above £2,500 of monthly spend it becomes 3% of spend.
How long does it take to launch?
From 5 days for a simple store to 4–6 weeks for a complex one, in stages. You approve the design before the full build, and we place test orders before going live.
What do we keep if we stop working together?
Everything. The Shopify account, domain and customer data are yours from the start, and the Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts are in your company's name.
Do you do ecommerce SEO as well as ads?
Yes, from £260 per month. We start with the technical side and the pages that sell, then add content. First effects show in months, not weeks, and we don’t promise positions.
