A shop that already sells locally
You have stock, customers and a reputation in your town, and the website is the part that never got finished. That is the easiest kind of store to make profitable, because demand already exists.
We build Shopify stores and bring buyers in from Google. For Ireland that means a checkout Irish shoppers recognise, shipping and returns that make sense from an Irish warehouse, and the customs side handled properly when you sell into Great Britain.
We build the store, set up payments, shipping and tax so they match how people in Ireland actually buy, and then bring traffic in — through ecommerce SEO, Google Ads, or both. A Shopify store starts at €950 excluding VAT, SEO at €290 a month, ads management at €250 a month. We are a team of seven, working in English, and everything we build stays in your company's name.
I run Sell Easy and lead our team of 7 specialists in design, development, Google Ads and content. I review every plan personally before it goes out, and I stay your point of contact for the whole project — on WhatsApp, by email or on a call, with no call centre in between.
A small market rewards focus. These are the three situations where we are genuinely useful — and one where we are not.

One store, several markets, and a structure that does not confuse Google: language and country versions declared properly, one product under one address, prices and shipping per market.
WooCommerce or Magento that costs more in maintenance than it returns. We move products, customers and orders, and redirect every old address so the rankings survive the move.
Nobody can promise that, and the methods that claim to do it cause damage that costs more to repair. If you need orders next month, the honest answer is ads, not SEO.
The checkout is where a store quietly loses money. In Ireland the winning combination is card-first with wallet payments, and a sensible fallback for people who do not trust a new shop yet.
We check what your payment provider actually supports for your business type before we quote, rather than discovering it halfway through the build.
Domestic delivery is the easy part. The money is lost at the two edges: parcels to Great Britain, which now need customs paperwork, and returns, which most Irish stores explain far too late.
Zones and weights set in Shopify, with An Post, DPD, GLS or UPS depending on what you ship and how often.
Customs information on products, an EORI number where needed, and checkout wording that says who pays duty and VAT. Northern Ireland follows its own rules, so we separate the two.
Per-country rates rather than one optimistic flat rate, so a Spanish order does not quietly cost you the margin.
Address, window and who pays, on a page of their own. Cautious buyers read it before they buy, not after.
On tax, we do what your accountant or Revenue tells you: we configure Shopify so the checkout charges the right rates and we document where every setting lives.
Ireland is a small search market, which cuts both ways: fewer searches, but far less competition than in Britain. A store with a clean technical base and pages written for buying searches can get further in Ireland than the same store would across the water.
We also cover what people now call GEO: a clear answer at the top of each section, correct structured data, verifiable numbers, and the site verified in both Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, since Bing feeds the answers in Copilot. Nobody can promise you a place in a generated answer — what we can do is make sure there is no technical reason to skip you.
In a small market, a campaign learns slowly: fewer searches mean fewer conversions to learn from. Spreading a small budget across five campaign types is the most common way to waste it.
Management is €250–500 a month excluding VAT; above €3,000 monthly budget the fee is 3% of spend. The ad budget goes directly to Google. If your budget is very small, we will usually tell you to fix the store and do SEO first — it is the cheaper way to start.
All prices exclude VAT. You get a firm quote after we look at what you have.
Paid separately, directly to the provider: your Shopify subscription, payment processing fees and the Google ad budget. Store builds are paid in two instalments, 50% at the start and 50% on handover.
Pick what you need. You get an estimate in euro, excluding VAT, and can send it to us on WhatsApp in one tap.
Four steps. The first two cost you nothing but a conversation.
You tell us what you sell and to whom. We tell you what the store needs, what it costs and how long it takes.
Scope, price and date in writing. If it is not in the quote, it is not on the invoice.
Store, products, payments, shipping, your legal pages and technical SEO. You see progress as it happens.
Test order, checks on a phone, accounts handed over in your name. Then SEO, ads or maintenance if you want them.

A Shopify store with up to 100 products starts at €950 excluding VAT, a larger store from €3,500. After launch you choose what you need: ecommerce SEO from €290 a month, Google Ads management €250–500 a month. The Shopify subscription, payment fees and ad budget are paid by you directly to those providers.
Cards first, with Apple Pay and Google Pay for phone checkout, and PayPal as the familiar fallback. Many Irish shoppers also expect a Revolut option, and bank transfer still matters for higher-value B2B orders. We set up the combination that fits your basket size and margin, rather than switching on everything and paying fees for options nobody uses.
We set up the tax settings in Shopify so the checkout charges the correct Irish rates, including the zero and reduced rates where they apply to your products. What rate applies to your goods, when you must register, and how invoices should look are questions for your accountant or for Revenue — we implement what they tell you and document where it is configured.
Great Britain is outside the EU customs union, so shipments need customs paperwork, an EORI number and clear information on who pays duty and VAT. Northern Ireland follows different rules again. We set shipping zones and checkout wording so a British customer knows the total before paying, and we keep the Irish and GB experiences separate where they need to be.
Both. Local searches around Dublin, Cork or Galway are worth winning if you also sell offline or serve an area, and they are usually the cheapest to win. Product and category searches work nationally. We start with the technical side and the pages that sell, then add content. From €290 a month, with no promises about positions.
In English, on WhatsApp, email and scheduled calls, in a close time zone. The work happens directly in your Shopify account, which stays in your company's name. We have been a Shopify Partner since 2020 and have launched over 50 stores; we invoice from our company in Romania (VAT RO44749026).
You do. The Shopify account, the .ie or .com domain, the payment provider and the customer data are all in your company's name. We work through invited access and hand it back when the work ends.
From five days for a simple store to four to six weeks for a larger project with many products and integrations. We only give you a date once we know how many products there are and who is writing the copy and supplying the photos.
Send us the address. We look at the technical state, the checkout, the speed on a phone and what you rank for, then tell you what to fix first and what it would cost. That first review is free and you get the findings whether or not you hire us.
Yes, and with stores anywhere in Ireland. We work remotely, in English, and schedule calls on Irish time. A Dublin store gets the same setup as any other: euro payments, Irish couriers, VAT-ready invoicing and Google Ads aimed at Irish searches. The first call is free.
Send us the address of your shop, or what you plan to sell. The first call is free and you get an honest read — including the times when the honest answer is that the project is not worth it yet.
